By signing this waiver, I release Mila's Magic, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, that may occur during the provision of the airport transportation services. I understand and acknowledge the following: 1. Assumption of Risk: I am aware of the inherent risks associated with transportation services, including but not limited to accidents, delays, and unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these services. 2. Release of Liability: I release and discharge Mila's Magic, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, that may occur during the provision of the airport transportation services. 3. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mila's Magic, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, that may occur during the provision of the airport transportation services. 4. No Warranties: I acknowledge that Mila's Magic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality or safety of the airport transportation services. By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions set forth herein and that I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms.
